For decades, I’ve written poetry—a deeply personal and creative journey. But as time went on, I often wondered if there was a way to present these works to the world in a way that felt fresh, engaging, and, most importantly, true to their essence. That curiosity led me to experiment with AI, using it as a tool to transform my poems into narrated pieces and even songs.
What started as a personal experiment—a way for me to revisit my lifelong writings—quickly became something much more. The process of pairing AI’s capabilities with my creativity not only brought my poems to life in new and unexpected ways, but it also allowed me to connect with people in ways I hadn’t imagined.
The response has been overwhelming. Narrations of my poems have resonated deeply, and the music created through this collaboration of human creativity and generative AI has touched listeners in ways I didn’t anticipate. It’s been especially gratifying to hear from other writers and songwriters who are now asking me to use this approach to bring their own work to life, making it more visceral and impactful for their audiences.
